Distinguish between immediate (transitory) consumption and investment (sustainable: equipment, tools, resources for production, etc.).
Avoid spending money quickly and without planning.
Learn how to use a limited amount of money to cover essential needs + investments for the future.

Understand why it is important not to spend everything immediately.
Save money for unforeseen circumstances (illness, loss of customers, theft, destruction, etc.). Recommendation: 10–20% of the amount should be set aside for emergencies.

Learn why many successful reintegrations are based on micro-entrepreneurship (e.g., selling food, renting surfboards, repairing bicycles, washing clothes, mobile tailoring).

Find out who you can ask for support: relatives, friends, local microcredit networks, micro-communities.
